RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Trapdoor Hobby LLC wants you to be satisfied with every purchase. Please review the terms below, as return eligibility varies by product type.
Sealed product (booster boxes, packs, bundles, blind boxes)
Accepted for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains 100% factory-sealed with an unbroken seal. Once opened, sealed product is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances — this policy exists because contents can't be verified or restocked once opened.
Single cards (TCG singles, sports cards, graded cards)
Due to the volatile nature of the singles market, all single card sales are final. Exceptions: the card received doesn't match the listed condition/set, or the wrong card was shipped. Report these within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Miniatures and models
Unassembled, unpainted, and unopened miniatures may be returned within 14 days in original packaging. Assembled, painted, primed, or custom-built miniatures are not eligible for return.
Recommended: record your unboxing
We recommend recording an unedited video when opening any package. This helps us quickly verify and resolve any damage or shipping-error claims.
Non-returnable items
- Opened sealed product of any kind
- Single cards (except as noted above)
- Assembled or painted miniatures
- Digital products or codes
- Gift cards
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (and unboxing video if available). We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email Info@TrapdoorHobby.com with your order number before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
