Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Rates and delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.

Packaging standards
Trading cards ship in penny sleeves/toploaders with rigid mailers or bubble mailers as appropriate. Sealed product and miniatures are packaged to prevent crushing and shifting in transit. High-value orders may require signature confirmation.

International shipping
We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by their country upon arrival. These charges are not included in the checkout price and are collected separately by the carrier or customs authority. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or delayed packages
We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped. If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us and we'll help file a claim.

Address accuracy
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
